In the unlikely event that we need to cancel Lightopia Festival at Crystal Palace Park, you can transfer your ticket to a different date or receive a refund. We will inform everyone via email and our social media outlets as soon as possible on the day.

Under any other circumstances Lightopia Festival tickets are non refundable and non-exchangeable. We are unable to swap the date of your booking at any point so please ensure that you book a date you can attend. If you are unable to attend on the day of your booking please feel free to pass on the tickets to family and friends.

Unfortunately we are unable to change the date of your ticket after you booked it for any reason, including the weather! If you cannot attend, please feel free to pass on your tickets to friends or family. 

To avoid disappointment please book your tickets in advance - popular dates sell out fast. Tickets can be bought on the day at the venue for an extra £2 per ticket IF they haven't already sold out. 

A disabled person purchasing a ticket may bring one essential carer companion free of charge. Please purchase a ticket for the disabled person first and then fill in this form HERE a minimum of 3 working days prior to the date you wish to visit. 

PLEASE NOTE: You do not need to purchase a ticket for the essential carer. If you do, we will not be able to refund you this ticket!

Your PDF tickets will be available to download 7 days prior to the day of your visit. For any bookings made less than 7 days before the visit , the tickets will become available immediately.

We will also send you PDF tickets using the same time schedule. Please always check your spam folder! 

Upon completing your ticket purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. 

Your Lightopia tickets will be emailed to you by Easol 7 days before the event. If you have your confirmation email (sent after purchase) then you have no need to worry!

Please note : Our customer service team can not respond to you instantly and usually require at least 24hrs to respond to any queries, so please ensure that check you tickets at least 2 days before the event!

Lightopia Festival is easily accessible via a number of different public transportation methods including Rail, London Overground and Bus. We also have a very limited number of pre-bookable parking spaces available including free Blue Badge parking. 

As parking is very limited onsite and there is no parking in the surrounding area, we are highly encouraging our guests to use public transport to travel to Lightopia Festival. Crystal Palace Park is very well connected and together, we can do our bit for the environment.

– Anerly (London Overground or Southern) - 0.9 miles to Lightopia Entrance.

– Gipsy Hill (Southern) - 0.9 miles to Lightopia Entrance.

– Penge East (Southeastern) - 1.1 miles to Lightopia Entrance.

– Sydenham (London Overground or Southern) - 1.6 miles to Lightopia entrance.

Car

We have a limited number of car parks on site that are available for customers. There is no parking in the local area.

Car parking tickets will be available to purchase online and onsite unless sold out in advance. If you are driving it is highly recommended that you purchase your car parking ticket in advance to avoid disappointment.

There is a very limited amount of disabled parking available. Please apply for your ticket in advance (at least 24 hours before) via this form.  These tickets will be given out on a "first come - first serve"  basis and once they have sold out, we are unable to provide you with an alternative. 

Parking tickets are only valid from 15min before your entry time, if you arrive earlier than this you may be asked to come back.

The time outlined on your parking pass ticket is the time slot that you have to arrive and park. Once your vehicle is parked, you can stay as long as you need to and your car can remain parked until you leave.

Lightopia is wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible and there is disabled parking available, please book a spot in advance using this form HERE. There are only a very limited number of spaces available and these will be assigned on a "first come, first serve" basis. Unfortunately, once these are fully booked we are unable to provide an alternative, so please make sure you booked your space in advance!

Please note that the route takes around 1.5 hours - there are some gentle hills throughout the trail and there is an incline on the route back to the car park - the walk back to the car park is 680m/0.7km.
